Crockpot Sesame Chicken

Sesame chicken using thin-cut breasts

This quick and easy recipe is full of flavor, and very versatile! Just a few ingredients compose this dump-it-and-leave-it dinner, and it is sure to please!

Makes: 4 servings

Chicken Breast Tenders or Thin-Cut Breasts (20 oz)
Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing (Kraft) – (8 Tbsp or 1/2 cup )
Honey (4 Tbsp or 1/4 cup )
Sesame Seeds
Rice (prepared as you prefer)

Add chicken to Crockpot, cover with sesame dressing and honey (amounts can vary depending on your needs and preferences!) Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook on high for 1-3 hours, monitoring for desired doneness (at 3 hours, the chicken tends to be very dry – but this is how I prefer it!) Before removing the chicken, stir it a bit to cover it in the delicious marinade!

Prepare rice as desired, add chicken, top meal with additional sesame seeds, and serve! You can also use large chicken breasts and slice them, just cook for at least the full three hours, monitoring for doneness.
