This is the easiest recipe in my arsenal! Seriously, there are only 4 ingredients – and it can be made for about $6! This is a crock pot recipe 🙂
Servings: 5
Ingredients:
5 porkchops (~1 pound)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 ranch packet
Parsley
First, place the pork chops on the bottom of the Crock Pot. Then, pour the contents of the soup on top of the chops.
Next, add the ranch packet. Seriously. That’s it.
Cook for 3-4 hours on high. Make sure to spoon the “gravy” on top of the chops, top with parsley, and voila – a meal that tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen!
You could serve with a side of loaded mashed potatoes or your favorite green vegetable.

So simple but delicious I’m sure! It reminds me of the food I grew up with.
